While our standard office/support hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm (Eastern), Monday to Friday, we offer extended services and support agreements tailored to meet specific customer IT requirements outside regular business hours. If you require 24×7 security monitoring, maintenance and support or have a project that needs to be completed after hours to reduce disruption, we can help with our technology partners.

While our head office is in Thornhill, Ontario (15 minutes north of Toronto), our services coverage area spans far beyond this location. We have staff strategically located across the Golden Horseshoe of Southern Ontario and partnerships in place for coordinated coverage across Canada and the US.
